Curry paste is a moist blend of ground or pounded herbs and/or spices and other seasonings. Curry paste is primarily known as an important ingredient in Thai cuisine, and it can also be a generic commercial product which substitutes curry powders or spice blends used in other cuisines. Curry pastes are really easy to use. Cooked yellow curry traditionally has a mellower and richer flavour than green and red curry. To achieve a creamier taste and consistency, coconut cream instead of coconut milk is usually added to yellow curry. Does not contain preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Recipe recommendation (for 2-3 people). Preparation: 1. Boil 275 ml of coconut milk, 50 g of curry paste and 150 g of your favourite meat over medium heat for 10 minutes. 2. Add 200 g of potatoes (cut into cubes) and 110 g of water. Boil for 5 minutes and stir occasionally. 3. Cook for 10 more minutes or until the meat is ready.
