Preparation. 1. Pour the contents of the package into a heat resistant bowl. 2. Add 300 ml of boiling water, cover and leave for 5 minutes. 3. Add some olive oil or butter to taste (optional), mix and loosen with a fork before serving. Recipe suggestion: Make a delicious Moroccan couscous salad! 1. In a pan, fry chopped pepper, marrow, red onion, and garlic in 1 tbsp. of olive oil until slightly soft. 2. While the vegetables are cooking, in a dry pan, toast the crushed almonds until golden brown and fragrant. 3. Following the cooking instructions, cook the couscous and add some olive oil and lemon juice at the end. 4. Place everything in a bowl, garnish with coriander, and serve.
