It is highly valued for its pleasantly sharp taste. Sriracha sauce is often used as a spicy table sauce for a wide variety of dishes - french fries, sandwiches, appetizers, chicken wings, pasta, pizza, eggs, noodles, sushi, etc. But mixed with mayonnaise or soy sauce and sugar, it makes an excellent dipping sauce.
