COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak lentils for 12 hours or overnight. Rinse thoroughly and drain. Cover with fresh water, bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 mins or until tender. Do not eat raw! BEST BEFORE END: see front of pack. STORAGE: Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dray place. Use within 6 months of opening. PRODUCE of Canada.
