Instant hot and sour paste for preparing traditional Thai Tom Yum soup. Paste is rich and aromatic as for it are used many herbs such as lemon grass, galanga, chilli, lime, kaffir lime leaves and garlic. Preparation: Put 2 spoonfuls of paste in 3 cups of boiling water. Add shrimps and mushrooms (straw mushrooms or oyster mushrooms) as required, boil till cook. Add coconut milk to get a milder taste.
