Panang Curry is a type of red Thai curry. It is thick, salty sweet, with a softer and nutty flavor. It differs from other curries, mainly because peanuts are added during cooking. Panang curry is authentically made with pork, cut into strips. Also delicious with other types of meat, seafood, noodles and vegetarian dishes. Meat can be replaced with tofu. Contains no preservatives. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians. METHOD OF PREPERATION: 1) Stir 50g of curry paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil (gentle heat 1 min.). 2) Pour 400 mlof Coconut milk and keep stirring at medium heat for 2 minutes, then put 250g of your favorite meat. 3) Put 2 tbsp of palm sugar, 3/4 tbsp of Fish sauce, keep simmering (gentle heat for 10 minutes) and put 1 tbsp of sliced kaffir lime leaves and keep stirring. 4) Decorate with sliced kaffir lime leaves and sliced red chillis before serving.
