COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Soak beans in water for 12 hours, then rinse and drain. Boil rapidly in fresh water for 15 mins then simmer for 30-40 mins or until tender. Never cook beans in a slow cooker unless pre-soaked for 12 hours and then boiled rapidly for 15 mins. Do not eat raw! BEST BEFORE END: see front of pack. STORAGE: Once opened, store in an airtight container, in a cool, dray place. Use within 6 months of opening. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Great Britain.
